The products

MumVee sells digital guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Licence and copyright

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or reproduce our guides in whole or in part without written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of MumVee.

Not professional advice

Our guides are for general information and support only. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice and don't replace your doctor, midwife, child-health nurse, or other qualified professional. Always seek professional advice for your specific situation. In an emergency, call 000.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally — you'll get a download link by email and/or on the confirmation screen immediately after purchase. If you don't receive it, email hello@mumvee.com.au.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MumVee isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of our guides beyond the amount you paid for them. Nothing here excludes rights that can't be excluded under the ACL.
