MumVee sells digital products (downloadable PDF guides). Because our products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, please choose carefully.
Change of mind
As our guides are digital and delivered immediately, we generally don't offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been delivered or downloaded.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our guides come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- isn't delivered or you can't access it,
- is significantly different from how it was described, or
- has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known.
If something's wrong, email hello@mumvee.com.au within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we'll make it right — a re-send, a fix, or a refund as appropriate.
